Tejasvini Kameswaran

Vini (she/her) started out in psychology before pivoting paths, and now holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. Having built community for herself in more than one new city, she's drawn to work that helps people actually find each other, which is a big part of what pulled her to Stoop Stories. She's passionate about creating the kind of structure that lets teams feel supported and connected rather than just organized, and at Stoop Stories, she leads recruitment, onboarding, and team culture initiatives to help the Collective grow while staying true to what makes it special.
