Erica Ross

Erica Ross is an experienced business professional from Bed-Stuy with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology and business operations. Her career reflects a strong foundation in client engagement, strategic partnerships, business development, and project leadership. She is passionate about helping early-stage entrepreneurs build the strong foundations needed for sustainable growth.

Erica is equally committed to strengthening her community through volunteer leadership. She helped revitalize her neighborhood block association, coordinated community gatherings, and supported local civic initiatives. Today, she facilitates monthly Zoom meetings that foster engagement within her high school basketball alumni community and serves as a Certified SCORE Volunteer, mentoring entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Erica brings a collaborative leadership style, strong strategic insight, and a passion for building meaningful partnerships that strengthen businesses and communities. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Virginia Union University, where she attended on a basketball scholarship, and completed executive development and project management training through New York University and Binghamton University. She is also a licensed New York State Life and Health Insurance Agent.
