Amelia Magel is a born and raised New Yorker and a graduate of the George Washington University with a journalism and film degree. She is a documentary filmmaker, photographer and writer with a passion for communities. She is a proud member of the Stoop Stories collective, assisting in the pursuit of showcasing the lives and histories of her fellow New Yorkers.Â
